We are a small volume homebuilding company focusing on single family detached homes. I have a broad range of experience and I have been involved in commercial construction, residential multifamily and residential single family home building. During the past 30 years I have had my own company and continually built under my own name. Over the past 20 years my focus has been single family detached housing.
We hold a North Carolina unlimited general contractor’s license (29206) which would allow us to build any residential or commercial structure but find the pleasure and enjoyment in building and selling single family homes to individuals, couples and families.
My wife of nearly 40 years, Cindi, keeps the books and provides order to our office and assures the smooth flow of paperwork. Greg the oldest of our four children has really taken to the building business and provides hands on day to day supervision of our homes while they are under constriction. The planning and teaching skills he developed as a middle school teacher are serving our firm very well as we instruct our subcontractors to our way of building and review and monitor their work. I spend my time initiating new projects, preparing bids and providing overall direction to our efforts.
Why we do what we do is as important as who we are. We enjoy building homes and we get an immense amount of satisfaction from building a quality home that provides our home buyers lasting value enjoyment.
