We are a team of multiple experts capable of stepping into another role should an unforeseen circumstance arise, which keeps your job on schedule, therefore, reducing your carrying costs and allowing you to adhere to your move-in schedule.

Our Construction Process

Step 1

Prior to construction start, we will set up pre-construction meeting to review all the details of your home.

Step 2

Construction begins!

Step 3

Throughout construction, you will experience ongoing communication with the site supervisor and your Richard Wallace Builder team. This includes regularly scheduled meetings to review progress of your home.

Step 4

After construction is complete, we will coordinate a pre-occupancy walk through to demonstrate the features of your home.

Step 5

Home closing, move-in, and a celebration – your new home is ready for you and your family to enjoy!
