Good Things Come To Those Who Wait

In today’s unpredictable market, we all know that even the best-laid plans can go awry. When builder Richard Wallace and his wife Cindi decided to build their third home at Pleasure Island this past year, they knew it would be a different experience than the previous two builds. Both were keenly aware that there would be challenges; however, experiencing it firsthand brought things into perspective and provided an even greater level of empathy for RWB clients.

Again, we want to thank all of our clients (including Richard & Cindi) who patiently waited for a garage door, a missing appliance, a pool to be completed, or goodheartedly selected an alternate tile or lighting fixture due to it being discontinued or back-ordered… The Wallaces moved in without a decorative hood or a dishwasher, had to pick a second choice of primary bath tile, and are waiting on back-ordered wallpaper—these a just a few of the hiccups they experienced. Nonetheless, they did admit that despite the glitches, the journey was worth it. As the old proverb goes, good things come to those who wait!
